The Russian Ministry of Defense reported the destruction of 251 Ukrainian drones, mostly in the southwest of Russia and over the Black Sea. Additionally, a Ukrainian attack caused a fire in an oil depot in Crimea, and bombings in the Belgorod region led to power outages for thousands of people.
