The Russian parliament has adopted a law that allows banks and financial companies to use anti-drone defense systems. They will bear the costs of protection.

Russia's decision to allow banks, such as Sberbank, to use anti-drone weapons comes in the context of intensified Ukrainian attacks on critical Russian infrastructure, including refineries and airports.

According to the new law adopted by the State Duma, financial institutions will be able to operate defense systems without military involvement, being required to organize their own defense. This measure highlights the difficulties Russia faces in protecting its territory.

At the same time, Ukraine continues to strike deep into Russia's infrastructure, forcing it to disperse its air defense systems. Nearly 50 states have condemned Russia's threats regarding possible attacks on the "decision-making centers" in Kyiv.
