The German company Rheinmetall has announced the delivery of Skyranger 35 anti-aircraft systems to Ukraine, following a contract with an EU member state, using funds from frozen Russian assets. These systems are essential for Ukraine's air defense, considering the intensification of drone attacks from Russia. The Skyranger 35 can be mounted on Leopard 1 tanks and has a range of up to 4,000 meters. The announcement comes amid an escalation of Russian attacks, which have resulted in loss of life and destruction of energy infrastructure.
