Renee Good, 37 years old, was killed last week in Minneapolis by an agent of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). According to a firefighter report, she was found with four gunshot wounds: two in the chest, one in the left forearm, and one in the head. Paramedics discovered her unconscious in her car, with blood on her face and chest, without breathing and with an irregular pulse.
Resuscitation efforts were in vain, and death was declared at the hospital. 911 calls indicate that ICE officers opened fire because Renee did not want to open the car door. The Trump administration claims that the agent acted in legitimate self-defense, and so far, he has not been criminally charged or suspended.
