An explosion occurred on Monday in a residential building in Monaco, injuring three people, two of whom are in critical condition. Among the injured is Vadim Ermolaev, a Ukrainian oligarch, and a 13-year-old teenager.

The explosion, considered an attack, happened after a suspect left a bag in the building's lobby. Monegasque authorities have tightened security measures, marking the first time such an incident has occurred in the principality. The victims, members of the same family, were transported to a hospital in Nice. Prince Albert II and other officials emphasized the importance of community security.

Authorities are collaborating with intelligence services to identify the suspect and prevent future threats.
