Cyril Ramaphosa discussed with Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski and the leaders of France and Finland the urgency of bilateral and trilateral meetings between Russia, Ukraine and the United States. These meetings are essential to demonstrate commitment to ending the conflict. Although South Africa recently passed a UN resolution condemning the Russian invasion, Ramaphosa said he would continue dialog with European leaders and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
