At the rally in Tel Aviv for the release of hostages from Gaza, Steve Witkoff was received with applause and stated that "miracles can happen." The event brought together over 500,000 participants, according to the organizers, and marked the hope for the release of hostages based on a ceasefire agreement mediated by the U.S. In his speech, Witkoff emphasized the need for unity and hope in these times, mentioning that President Trump will visit Israel. It is expected that 48 hostages will be released in exchange for 2,000 Palestinian prisoners.
