Additionally, officials in Qatar stated that the military intercepted seven ballistic missiles with the help of air defense and destroyed five Iranian drones through the Air and Naval Forces. The Ministry of Defense emphasized that the armed forces of Qatar have full capabilities to protect national sovereignty and respond firmly to external threats.

Furthermore, QatarEnergy announced the halt of liquefied natural gas production following an Iranian attack on the facility in Ras Laffan, considering that Qatar is one of the largest LNG exporters in the world.
