Dmitriev, who is also the CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, emphasized that Russia and the U.S. are close to finding a diplomatic solution to the conflict in Ukraine. He highlighted the importance of cooperation between the U.S., Saudi Arabia, and Russia, suggesting that this collaboration can contribute to increasing global security.
