On Friday, Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold a televised question and answer session titled "Results of the Year," which will start at 12:00 PM Moscow time. The event will combine his hotline-style broadcast with a press conference and will take place at Gostiny Dvor in Moscow, where hundreds of journalists will gather. Putin will open the discussion by addressing the war in Ukraine, which he refers to as a "crisis," claiming that Ukraine started the conflict in 2022.

He will also discuss the Russian army's control over the city of Kupiansk. So far, over 2.1 million questions have been received from citizens, and the event will allow interaction with the president via smartphones.
