A light plane crashed in the town of Kleinenbroich near Düsseldorf, killing the pilot, a 71-year-old woman, and another unidentified victim. The plane hit a building, severely damaging the roof and causing a fire. The crash happened at midday on Saturday and police are investigating the cause. The female pilot reported technical problems before the crash after take-off from Alkersleben.
