Gasoline prices have soared to record highs in Russia due to Ukraine's frequent attacks on refineries aimed at reducing Moscow's ability to finance the war. Despite the suspension of gasoline exports, prices continued to rise, influenced by seasonally high demand and repair work. The attacks also affected transportation, with local authorities reporting shortages in southern regions and the Far East.
