Nigel Farage, the leader of the anti-immigration party Reform UK, presented on Tuesday the leadership team of the organization, which includes personalities such as Robert Jenrick, former Conservative minister responsible for finances, and Zia Yusuf, a businessman of Sri Lankan origin, who will handle immigration. Although the parliamentary elections are scheduled for 2029, Reform UK aims to win a by-election on February 26 and achieve good results in the local elections in May.

Farage emphasized that the party needs to expand and become a real opposition to the Labour government, which has lost popularity. Jenrick promised to revive the economy, while Yusuf criticized the scale of immigration, and Suella Braverman, responsible for education, proposed a patriotic school program.

Although Reform UK leads in polls, it seems to have reached a plateau, and Farage is facing a decline in popularity, with 64% of respondents having an unfavorable opinion of him.
