Israel's ultra-Orthodox United Torah Judaism (UTJ) party has announced it is resigning from the country's right-wing coalition over a long-running row over compulsory military service. Six of the seven remaining members of the UTJ, made up of the Degel HaTorah and Agudat Yisrael factions, have announced their resignations, which would leave Netanyahu's coalition with a fragile 61-seat majority in the 120-seat parliament.
