Netanyahu prepares to talk about his plan to take Gaza in the face of mounting Israeli and international pressure over the 49 hostages held by Hamas and the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip. The Israeli military has reported 27 deaths in Gaza, including 11 people killed during food distribution.
