Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that he has accepted the invitation from American President Donald Trump to join the 'Board of Peace' for Gaza, a decision that could provoke outrage among Arab nations. This initiative was designed by Trump to oversee the reconstruction of Gaza, which was destroyed in the conflict with Hamas. Criticism has also emerged from members of the Israeli government, and Palestinians believe that Netanyahu's role on this board is an obstacle to the progress of the Trump administration's peace plan. Additionally, Netanyahu is facing an international arrest warrant for war crimes, raising questions about the council's objectivity. Among the controversial invited leaders is Vladimir Putin, and several countries, including France and Sweden, have refused to join the initiative. Trump will officially announce the board at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
