Radmila Shekherinska stressed the need for closer coordination between NATO and the EU to improve defense industrial production and increase the resilience of critical infrastructure, during a debate in the European Parliament. She stressed the importance of supporting Ukraine and warned of the dangers posed by Russia working with authoritarian regimes. European Commissioner Marta Kos added that the EU must take greater responsibility for security by promoting a stronger European presence in NATO.
