The capital of Russia experienced the hottest night in its entire meteorological history, with temperatures about 10 degrees Celsius higher than the average for November. The minimum temperature recorded at the VDNKh meteorological station was 8.2 degrees Celsius, a value warmer than the nighttime average in May and September. Evgeny Tishkovets, a coordinating specialist at the Phobos Meteorological Center, called this situation an "anomaly," emphasizing that such warm nights have never been observed during this period. Alexander Ilyin, a specialist at the Weather Forecast Center, added that the warm weather will continue until the end of the week, with daytime temperatures 3-5 degrees Celsius above the November norm.
