The National Meteorological Administration announces lower-than-usual temperatures for this time of year across the country from November 2 to 9. At the same time, rainfall will be heavier in the southern and southeastern regions. Subsequently, the weather will gradually warm up, and toward the end of the month temperatures will slightly exceed normal values in the west and locally in the center and northeast.
During the November 2–9 week, average temperatures will be below those typical for the period in all regions. Precipitation will be above normal in the south, southeast and locally in the center and east, while the west and north will record below-average amounts.
For the November 9–16 period, meteorologists estimate near-normal temperatures across the country. Rainfall will be heavier in the western regions, while elsewhere it will generally remain within normal limits.
From November 16 to 23, both temperatures and precipitation levels will remain close to normal across most of the country.
In the final week of the month, temperatures will be slightly higher in the west and locally in the center and northeast. Precipitation will be slightly below average in the south and southeast, but normal in the other regions.
