Over the past 20 days, monsoon rains in Himachal Pradesh have killed at least 85 people and injured 129 others, according to authorities. Damage has affected homes, roads and essential infrastructure, with total damage estimated at 86.2 million dollars. Rescue teams are searching for 34 missing people, while 677 survivors are sheltering in camps. Mandi district was worst hit, with the most deaths.
