In a statement made to reporters on October 27, Johnson mentioned that Trump is aware of the restrictions imposed by the 22nd Amendment, which prohibits a president from serving more than two terms. Although many Americans regret this limitation, Johnson assured that his team will continue to work hard for the future of the party. He also commented on the "Trump 2028" hats and memes distributed by Trump, stating that they are a form of "provocation" directed at the Democrats.
