On his arrival in Vilnius for a NATO summit, Mark Rutte congratulated the winner of Poland's election and stressed the importance of working together to make the alliance stronger. Although the NATO secretary general did not name the winner, he emphasized the consensus among alliance members to give Ukraine a clear path to membership, without setting a precise date.
