Marco Rubio said the US is looking for solutions to end the war in Ukraine, but stressed that peace may not be achievable. In an interview, he warned that without an agreement, the conflict could become a permanent war with significant human casualties. European leaders will support Ukraine in meeting Donald Trump, who is urging a quick peace deal. Rubio said both sides must make concessions to reach an agreement.
