Gherasimov stated that Russian troops are making progress in various directions, especially in Donetsk, Zaporizhia, and Dnipropetrovsk, but these advances have been limited to 0.3% of the territory in recent months. President Zelensky contradicted these claims, mentioning that Russia has failed in the last three offensives and is preparing for two more campaigns. Although Russia claims to be achieving its objectives, Zelensky emphasized the significant losses of soldiers and equipment suffered by Russian forces, stating that the situation is worse than the Kremlin expected.
