This is the second incident of this type in the same week, after drones were observed above the airports in Brussels, which led to the diversion of some planes and the delay of others. Following these events, the Belgian government convened an emergency meeting with ministers and security chiefs to discuss what the defense minister described as a coordinated attack. This issue is not isolated, as similar incidents have been reported in several European countries, raising concerns about air security.
