CNN: The US military is prepared to attack Iran as early as this weekend

The White House has been informed that the military could be ready for an attack by the end of the week, following a significant buildup in recent days of air and naval resources in the Middle East.

Donald Trump has not yet made a final decision regarding the authorization of such actions, sources familiar with the matter told CNN.

Iranian and American negotiators exchanged notes for three and a half hours on Tuesday, during the indirect negotiations in Geneva, but left without a clear resolution.
