Sergey Lavrov, in China for a meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, discussed with Wang Yi bilateral relations with the United States and prospects for ending the war in Ukraine. The Russian Foreign Ministry stressed the importance of close coordination between Russia and China on the international stage, including in organizations such as the UN, CSOs and BRICS.
