Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in Brazil that international recognition of the annexed Ukrainian regions, including Crimea, is essential for a peaceful solution to the conflict in Ukraine. At the same time, the Kremlin spokesman said that Russia is ready to resume negotiations with Ukraine, but emphasized that there must be clear conditions, including Ukraine's neutrality and the repeal of laws that affect Russian culture.
