In the meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping, Kim Jong Un emphasized North Korea's unwavering commitment to developing bilateral relations, regardless of international developments. This was the first meeting between the two leaders since 2019, and Kim appreciated China's support in defending North Korean sovereignty. He also stated that Pyongyang will always support China's efforts.
