The agreement signed by Antonio Tajani and Hakan Fidan aims to strengthen cooperation between the Italian and Turkish coast guards to combat human trafficking and transnational organized crime. Tajani emphasized the importance of this document in preventing migrant departures from Libya, while Fidan highlighted the necessity of stabilizing Libya.
