On Sunday, an Israeli attack in Rafah, near an aid distribution point run by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, killed at least 30 people and wounded more than 115, according to the Palestinian news agency WAFA. Israel has not commented on the incident. The foundation, recently active in Gaza, has sparked controversy over its neutrality and Israeli-imposed vetting of beneficiaries. Hamas has accused Israel of previous attacks, but the humanitarian group has denied the accusations.
