A Bedouin man kidnapped 10 months ago by Hamas was freed by Israeli forces in the Gaza Strip.

The man, named Elkadi, was kidnapped 10 months ago as one of 251 hostages taken during an attack on Israel. His release comes amid an Israeli campaign to dismantle Hamas in response to an unprecedented attack on southern Israel in which some 1,200 people were killed.
