The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran has confirmed the death of General Ali Mohammad Naini, its spokesperson, in a rocket attack attributed to Israel and the United States.
IRGC warned that the war will continue until the enemy is completely exhausted, in the context of new violence and rising tensions in the region.
Although precise details about the timing of the attack were not provided, it is known that it occurred during waves of attacks targeting several cities in Iran, including Tehran, Karaj, and Kerman.
Naini, at the age of 68, was appointed spokesperson for the IRGC in 2024 and recently stated that Iran has the capacity to continue missile production even during wartime.
In contrast, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claimed that Iran no longer has the capacity to produce ballistic missiles or enrich uranium. This complicated situation underscores the escalation of the conflict between Iran and Israel, with significant implications for the stability of the region.
