Iran threatens with attacks on the American aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln

The Iranian army's Public Relations Department announced the launch of cruise missiles targeting the American aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln, with the ship as the target. An Iranian Navy commander stated that the movements of the aircraft carrier are constantly monitored and that, once the hostile fleet is within the range of Iranian missile systems, it will be attacked.

On the other hand, the US Central Command denied reports that the USS Abraham Lincoln had been hit by Iranian missiles, thus contradicting reports from Iranian state media. The USS Abraham Lincoln is a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier, part of a strike group consisting of three destroyers equipped with land-attack missiles.
