The Iranian parliament has said it will not resume nuclear negotiations with the US until certain preconditions are met, without specifying what they are. Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi emphasized the need for safeguards against attack in the context of recent strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities. Tehran also reaffirmed that it would not accept an agreement to limit uranium enrichment and would not discuss issues outside the nuclear program.
