Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi emphasized the need for safeguards against attack in the context of recent strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities. Tehran also reaffirmed that it would not accept an agreement to limit uranium enrichment and would not discuss issues outside the nuclear program.
