IAEA director Rafael Grossi said Iran could have functioning centrifuges for enriching uranium within months, following the recent bombing of nuclear sites by the US. Although the facilities have suffered significant damage, Iran has more than 400 kilograms of uranium enriched to 60%, which could theoretically be used to produce more than nine atomic bombs if the enrichment level were increased to 90%. Donald Trump has confirmed that Iranian stockpiles were not moved before the US strikes.
