In September, Dubai will host a unique restaurant where Chef Aiman, an artificial intelligence model, will influence the menu and atmosphere. Although the food will be prepared by humans, the AI will create innovative combinations based on molecular analysis and international recipes. The aim is to complement the creativity of human chefs and reduce food waste by generating recipes from often overlooked ingredients. The restaurant's founder, Ahmet Oytun Cakir, emphasizes that AI will not replace chefs, but will add inspiration.
