A 25-year-old man in India woke up moments before he was to be cremated. He later died in hospital.

Rohitash Kumar, 25, had been taken to Jhunjhunu Hospital in Rajasthan, where a doctor declared him dead without conducting a post-mortem. Later, before cremation, the body began to move and the man was found alive. He was again taken to hospital but was later declared dead. The young man suffered an epileptic seizure. Three doctors involved have been suspended and the police are investigating.
