Ibiza's ambulance service is facing an increased number of calls from clubs, mostly drug-related, which threatens its functioning.

Ibiza's paramedics' union warns that the service is in danger of collapse because of frequent calls from clubs where party-goers have drug-related problems. Almost a third of emergency calls come from these venues, and the union is calling on clubs to hire private ambulance services.
