<p>On Tuesday, July 1, a 21-year-old man attacked employees of Ueberlandwerke Rhön, an electrical utility company in Mellrichstadt, Germany, killing one person and seriously injuring three others. The authorities arrested the attacker and confirmed that there was no public danger, ruling out political or terrorist motives. Rescue teams quickly intervened to treat the injured. A company spokesman declined to comment on the incident.
