German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius has confirmed that Germany is not considering the delivery of Taurus cruise missiles to Ukraine, stressing that Berlin has already provided considerable military support worth €7 billion. Although Ukraine has strongly requested the missiles, Pistorius said there was no intention to supply them, given the possible implications of such an action. Russia has warned that delivering the missiles would be tantamount to direct German involvement in the conflict.
