The plan proposes more than 50 measures, including strengthening a €300 million fund to help communities adapt to climate change. However, the plan has been criticized for a lack of clarity on financing and implementation of the measures. It is based on a baseline warming trajectory of between +2.7°C by 2050 and +4°C by 2100 in France.
