The affected tickets were for group stage matches in Toronto. The World Cup, which will take place in Canada, the United States, and Mexico, starts on June 11. This is not the first ticket-related problem FIFA has faced, as it is under investigation for allegations of price inflation and misleading supporters. FIFA uses a variable pricing method, adjusting costs based on demand and availability.
