A 120-page complaint has been filed with the International Criminal Court (ICC) against FIFA and UEFA, accusing them of complicity in war crimes and crimes against humanity in the occupied Palestinian territory. Organizations such as 'Irish Sport for Palestine' and 'Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor', along with Palestinian footballers and clubs, argue that the two football organizations allow Israeli clubs to play on confiscated grounds, built on land stolen from Palestinians.

The complaint emphasizes that FIFA and UEFA provide financial and structural support to these clubs, which have participated in competitions organized by UEFA. Although they have not publicly responded to the accusations, the ICC could summon the responsible individuals before the court, not the organizations themselves.
