The devastating explosion at the Sigachi Industries factory in Telangana has claimed the lives of 36 people, with 34 bodies found charred on the spot and two other workers dying in hospital. Around 30 injured are hospitalized and rescue teams continue to search through the rubble. The incident took place in the spray-drying section, causing the structure to collapse and a raging fire. The government has launched an investigation to determine the cause of the explosion.
