At around 21:00 and 21:15, several explosions were heard in Kabul, causing panic among the residents, who sought shelter. The Taliban government's spokesman, Zabihullah Mujahid, accused the Pakistani army of attacks on Afghan territory, calling these actions 'a crime.' These attacks are part of a broader conflict, intensified in recent weeks, following accusations that the Taliban harbor extremists.


The UN mission reported the death of at least 75 civilians since February, and recent bombings have led to the killing of three children and a woman. Clashes have forced approximately 115,000 people to flee their homes, and the World Food Program has begun distributing food to displaced families. Ongoing instability threatens the food security of millions of Afghans.
