During a debate in the European Parliament, Adam Szlapka stressed the need for continued EU support for Ukraine, both economic, political and military. Several MEPs called for support for Ukraine in the war with Russia, stressing the importance of a Ukrainian victory. EU Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos underlined the EU's commitment to use the proceeds from frozen Russian assets to help arm Ukraine.
