Kaja Kallas said the US can get Russia to negotiate seriously, stressing that any agreement must protect the security of Ukraine and Europe. US President Donald Trump has announced a meeting with Vladimir Putin, hinting at a possible territorial swap. In response, Ukrainian President Zelenski warned that accepting Russia's annexation of territories would lead to a new invasion, stressing that Ukraine would not allow its division.
