EU diplomatic chief Kaja Kallas says any agreement between the US and Russia to end the war in Ukraine must include Ukraine and the EU.

Kaja Kallas said the US can get Russia to negotiate seriously, stressing that any agreement must protect the security of Ukraine and Europe. US President Donald Trump has announced a meeting with Vladimir Putin, hinting at a possible territorial swap. In response, Ukrainian President Zelenski warned that accepting Russia's annexation of territories would lead to a new invasion, stressing that Ukraine would not allow its division.
