The European Commission will ask member countries to reduce water consumption by 10% by 2030 to cope with increasing droughts

Brussels will present a plan to cut water use by at least 10% by 2030 amid prolonged droughts. Environment commissioner Jessika Roswall stresses the importance of water efficiency.
