Elizabeth Bromage, a 97-year-old British woman, recently broke her own record in wing walking, becoming once again the oldest woman in the world to perform this activity, according to Guinness World Records.

The event took place above the Cirencester airfield, where her friends and family gathered to support her. This achievement not only brought her into the public eye, but it was also an opportunity to raise funds for the Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals Charity, aimed at supporting a cardiac therapy unit. Elizabeth, known as Betty, stated that she is "thrilled" and "proud" of her flight, which took place despite her vision and mobility issues.

She started practicing wing walking at 87, inspired by a commercial, and has completed six such flights in the last decade. Betty aims to break her record again at 100 years old, demonstrating that she is not afraid of challenges and that she wishes to inspire others to push their limits.
